However, that sw only work with a foot pedal and a rather cumbersome hotkey system so I thought ES could be an option for us since there is a one key option. I downloaded the sw on my laptop at home (and it worked great). Went ahead with necessary permissions at work (xp environment), got in installed for all of us - worked half ok to begin with, but now the files won't load properly, files got cut off etc. And now it's sort of shut down completely;-) Can't even get the files (mp3 and wav mainly) to load. Anyone who has had this problem out there? Could this be caused by some sort of conflict with other player sw? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Are these problems happening on all the machines, or only one? Are they long dictations? How much free disk space do you have? What do you mean "shut down completely"?
