Hi anyone got this great package working with gmail.

 

I know gmail uses port 465 and requires SSL

I have appended the :465 to smtp.gmail.com:465

but I think it still requires an explicit SSL instruction

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server - requires TLS:

smtp.gmail.com (use authentication)

Use Authentication: Yes

Use STARTTLS: Yes (some clients call this SSL)

Port: 465 or 587

Yeah, I can't get this to work on IVM v4.11 either. I get "Encryption required for requested Email server. Please check your Email Settings." Whether you append the port number or not.
