I just purchased the software, own a real estate company and cannot figure out how to get one ogm that says something like, "if you're a Realtor and know the property id or mls number, enter it now". The idea is to hear a .wav file with the showing instructions.

 

Do I set up each individual property (I already recorded a .wav file for the property) as an ogm? I had one guy tell me to save each .wav file as "property then a space then the number".

Although, it looks like I need to make a new ogm for each property and upload the .wav file.

 

I don't get how the one ogm links or finds each one.. ANy help here is appreciated.

Hey Craig, Paul have seen the light..finaly a cold beer did the trick

but now I have an question...the recordings are dumped in the "install"

directory if I want to place it some where else on my hdd how does it find it?

and where can I find an log that I can see what numbers are in use?

delete them or add?

 

please stap by stap I am new with this software..
