dialing phone extension

Hi

 

I would like to do the following:

- make an outbound call (to a regular phone number)

- if IVM detect an answering machine --> give try to dial a phone extension

 

I found I can do this by setting a different OGM "to start with if answering machine"

and, in this OGM set Dial option to dial phone extension.

 

How will I be able to wait for the called customer to answer?

After Dialing the phone extension the only "useful" option is "Go To OGM"

where I can do a loop waiting the customer to answer.

Is this the only way?
