NickA Posted August 25, 2005 Share Posted August 25, 2005 I am a WinFax user. (I use the Talkworks section as a voicemail sytem for my music education company.) I am considering shifting to the nch software and have dowloaded the demo version. I cannot seem to assign mailbox numbers to each voice mailbox. I can label them with the person's name, but can I/how do I assign a mailbox number for a caller to enter that is NOT the security code for retrieving messages from the mailbox? NCHCraig Posted September 6, 2005 Share Posted September 6, 2005 Try the example for 11+ mailbixes. Here you are prompted for the mailbox number and then a message is left for that box. Otherwise you need to create an OGM to input a number and then decode that number to a mailbox (possibly with a plugin or otherwise using Go To OGM and you call OGM %input% where input is the name of the variable you input the details into Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
