LOFPD Posted February 20, 2009 Share Posted February 20, 2009 For some reason IVM quit working...the modem detects the call, announces the phone number and caller, then nothing... my message will not play?? it is turned on...my message is set to play Any help?? pythonpoole Posted February 21, 2009 Share Posted February 21, 2009 Is there anything in the log indicating IVM is trying to answer and play the message? Have you checked the number of rings before IVM is set to answer, and also make sure you don't have any time based routing turned on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Uncheck the "disable caller ID for this line" option on the general line properties of the settings>telephony window.
