  1. Hi, I am experiencing the same difficulty. Have you solved it ? How ? Thanks
  2. Hi. I want IVM to tell something like "There are no unchecked messages in mailbox XXXX" or "Mailbox XXXX has N unchecked messages" once the mailbox user has entered his/her accescode. Any leads ? Thank you,
  3. Hi, I want to leave a message to multiple mailboxes (same message to all). Assume you are the IVM administrator, thus there should be no need to dial in multiple times. How you go about doing this ?? Thanks,
  4. I want the IVM signature removed from email messages sent by the application. If I a paid the product, it is a bit ridiculous to add in advertisements on the mailbox e-mails, especially since the recepients are most likely employees of the company which bought the software. Is there a way around ? Thanks,

    IVM quit working

I experienced the same problem too. Uncheck the "disable caller ID for this line" option on the general line properties of the settings>telephony window. I did it and it worked ยก Regards,
  6. On mailbox properties, select the delivery window, check remote access and type in an access code. That is the number you must type when dialing remotely. I is also the code you must type in when accesing via the web. Hope this helps,
  7. For web access, go to Settings>Web Access and select one of the URLs provided. Same as remote phone access you just have to type in the access code, which is unique for each mailbox. No mailbox ID or name will be asked. Hope this helps,

    Reinstalling software

I have reinstalled IVM twice on differente machines. You have to install the application then go to File>Register Software and that`s it. There is a limit to the number of re-installs. Last time I did it, I got a message stating it would be the last. So it would be good to backup your entire system before you go ahead, so you can return to your "old" machine if necessary. Hope this helps,
