ricardo_gaspar Posted August 14, 2005 Share Posted August 14, 2005 Sometimes, very frequently, when the user is dialing the numbers of an account, the system stops with a Fax Detected warning. NCHCraig Posted August 25, 2005 Share Posted August 25, 2005 This means it is detecting the tones in the call to indicate that a fax machine is calling you. IVM does not handle faxes and such calls should be sent to another line. If these are not fax calls then the issue is that you modem/drivers are faulty. Please redownload and re-install. But Now I noticed that it happens because of some messages I use, and always when the program is playing them.
