Thanks in advance Mark <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Go to your modem driver settings (device manger->modems->click twice on yours) , and in "diagnostics" (or something like that) tab press on Query Look at this list, if AT#CLS=? gives you any number or anything but "not supported" you are OK, if not, replace the modem with a voice modem.
