has anyone tried or do you know anyone that has used the spitfire software for outbound dialing. Would love to know if it really works.

Has anyone actually got IVM to make say 1000 outbound calls with out the system crashing? If you have i am doing something totally wrong. I bought the suggested modem with 4 lines but either it does not recognise end of call tones, wont hang up, or freezes. I am in the UK and am wondering if someone has actually got this to work if you have please please email me or leave a message.

I have had the same problem and have set the time to disconnect after 18 seconds, this supposed feature is in Outbound calls and settings at the bottom of the page if i remember correctly, but it does not work for me either if anyone knows why it is not disconnecting i would love to know as well. I also find the system very unstable and freezes after dialing a few numbers. iF IVM would just disconnect it would be bearable! Please let me know if you have any success.

Does anyone know where the function to disconnect the line after a certain amount of time or rings is, for outbound calling. when making outbound calls if there is no answer it ties up the line indefinitly. Thanks

Hi I have been trying to use ivm for outbound message sending in the UK I have a sight problem that ivm will not detect the tone when the person receiving the call hangs up so it carries on playing the ogm until the end of the message. I have the recommended CURL modem/telephone board and have tried in settings/devices end of call detection (software and hardware) to end the call but it does not detect the tone. There is a tone, you can hear it when you hang up from the dialed phone then pick up the line that you have dialed from, the ogm is playing and you can hear the end of call tone but ivm is not picking it up. Hi I have just purchased IVM attendant in the UK. I want it to send OGMs and if the caller is interested they press "2" the call will then be transfered to a live operator. I am trying to do this with a voice modem (i have tried several) on 1 line, where the caller is put on hold and a pseudo transfer is supposed to happen and i am let know through the speakers that the call is waiting. When the caller presses "2" the line always hangs up. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Am i asking it to do too much, do i need to do this with a telephony card or is it that i still have the wrong modem and if i get the reccomended card will it work in the UK. HELP!
