real time logging

[Guest Delivery boy]

Hi all I was wondering if you can tell me if IVR will do this....I have a delivery company in a smaller city and what i want is when a restruant calls for this to happen on the customer end

 

1. Greeting

2. Where the delivery is going?

North-press 1

South-press 2

West -press 3

3. When will the order be ready?

10min-press 1

20min-press 2

30min-press 3

Timed order-press 4

enter the time for pickup

4. transfer to CSR

 

On my end realtime a log that looks anything like

 

1. Caller

2. Location

3. pickup time

4. Time stamp

 

example.

 

Boston pizza north in 10min

I would be happy with

 

Boston pizza

1,2

10:30am

You should create a special log under OGM properties, Advanced. Each time the OGM is called you will be able to log anything you want to a custom file. The seconds format is easy the first is possible but more difficult (additional OGM needed)
