HELP!!!

I just recently downloaded Express Scribe, uploaded a cda file, but can't get the file to play. I can play the file within Windows Media Player, but can't get the file to play in Express Scribe.

I'm a VA and need to transcribe two CD's, same format, and can't get this %^&*$@#$#%$^& working.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.

The information in this topic might help. Also, please make sure you have the latest version of Express Scribe (currently v4.28, for Windows), as some earlier versions had problems loading from audio CD's.
