Express Dial + Express Talk

Hi!

I haven't been able to make Express Dial and Express Talk work together. Every time I start dialing a list, ExDial tries to download and install ExTalk even though it's already installed.

Even worse, if I let it download and install ExTalk again ...it doesn't dial.

Tried on two separate computers with the same results.

Please help, am I missing something?

I'm having the exact same problem. Express Talk works fine on its own but if you try to dial a list, or even 1 number, using Express Dial it installs Express Talk again and then doesn't dial.

 

Any help would really be appreciated.

Hmm, if the behaviour is that consistent, I would have to conclude that there must be a bug (probably in the latest version of Express Dial). You should contact NCH directly as this user support forum probably won't be able to help much except for confirming the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I filled out the support form and was redirected to a page were it said there was a new version of Express Dial (v1.16). Tried downloading and installing it but is was still v1.15. Hopefully v1.16 will fix this problem.... when I can get my hands on it
