Hi I have installed Express dial and Express talk for testing purpose. I have configured express talk and this works perfectly. Although when I try to use express dial software to call it does nothing but provide me with errors : The modem is not present or is not turned on. Please check and try again. Whe you try and dial VOIP list, it says downloading express talk Then displays a dialling box with 3 red buttons, but as soon as you click one of them it says downloading epxpress talk again.... Any ideas on where I have gone wrong? Thanks JJ

Thanks for the reply. I filled out the support form and was redirected to a page were it said there was a new version of Express Dial (v1.16). Tried downloading and installing it but is was still v1.15. Hopefully v1.16 will fix this problem.... when I can get my hands on it

I'm having the exact same problem. Express Talk works fine on its own but if you try to dial a list, or even 1 number, using Express Dial it installs Express Talk again and then doesn't dial. Any help would really be appreciated.
