  1. Hi,

Since you bought the license from Microsoft Store, there is no need to register the program. You just have to install the specific version from the Microsoft Store app.

Please uninstall the current version of Express Burn on your computer. Go to the Microsoft Store app and search for Express Burn. Download and install the program on your computer and it should be automatically registered.

  2. Hi, Ricky.

On Voxal, double-click on the center part of the program where it shows the name of the voice and the specific effects used for that voice.

It will give you the opportunity to adjust the effects used. For the Female Voice, you can increase the Pitch Shifter value to increase the pitch making the voice more feminine.

    I hope that helps.

  3. Hi,

NCH programs have a 6-month free update period from the date of purchase. It means that any version released up until the 6-month period will be applicable to the license that you purchased. Beyond that period, the license will not work and you'll need to purchase another license for the newer versions.

You can always go back to the previous version that applies to the purchased license for free. You can look for the older versions from the link below.

    I hope that helps.

  4. Hi,

Yes, as long as you are using the version that applies to the license you purchased.

Look for the registration code email you received when you first purchased the license. Make note of the date shown on the email.

Go to http://oldversiondownload.com/ and use find (CTRL+F) to search for MixPad. Look for the version with the date closest to your date of purchase and install that on your computer. You should be able to re-register it with your registration code.

    I hope that helps.

  5. Hi,

You can adjust the height of the track by clicking the dragging the edge of the track title up or down. You can hover your mouse around the track controls and once the cursor changes to an up/down arrow, that's where you can click and drag to adjust the height of the track.

    I hope that helps.

  6. Hi, Mark.

There is currently no option to directly attach a recorded clip to an email directly from the program.

You may export the clip and then attach when composing emails. To do that, right-click the recorded clip -> Export Clip as (mp3, wav, etc.)... -> export the file and then locate file and attach it to the email.

    I hope that helps.

  7. Hi,

The recording on your phone might have been a with a low bitrate that is why the program is informing you about it.

I believe that message is not an error but just a heads up message and you should be able to save it regardless of the bitrate.

Let us know if you need further assistance regarding this.
