Hello:
I am demoing IVM v 4.02 and I am using sipnumber.net as a SIP provider.
When I restart IVM (or the machine) calls are accepted for a while but eventually IVM stops answering completely. Sometimes I can make 4 calls sometimes 5 ... sometimes more, sometimes less. The logs are not helpful since IVM just simply stops answering. I'm not sure if sipnumber is not routing them properly or if IVM is simply not answering.
I do have STUN setting enabled for what it's worth and I'm running Win XP SP2.
Also, with additional testing I seem to have found that after periods of inactivity, IVM stops answering. The logs keep reporting "Unable to auto-detect public IP. Using private IP."
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I certainly can't purchase a product that stops answering calls!
