After 6-9 months, It kept crashing, and it would take me hours to do simple tasks I just stopped editing I gave up on editing for two years. When I edited some videos about six weeks ago, first time in two years, using the latest version link that you sent me, even that one kept crashing too within 2 mins twice, .... on the third attempt I was able to do an edit.

Sounds like a con to me, let the current version go to pot so that people have to buy the same thing more times. Blatant fraud.

Free version has expired, what do I do now? I have registration number don't think I've got anything else. I think Borate told me to use an updated version, he sent me a link, and that's how I ended up on the free version.

if the videos look normal on your PC, then that's great then it just looks funny on my PC only. To get the VO9 codec on YouTube which is better quality, I have to do it on 2560K or above. I tried 4000K today on another video and it looks terrible. If I upload it under normal one, 1080 1920, then I get the cheaper codec for smaller channels, it's generally supposed to look in poor quality in that format

Initially it was 1080, I changed it to 2560 1440....this reduced the grainy but it still doesn't look like before I uploaded it to YT. In my laptop, the video is clearer and more focused. any suggestions, please what I can do? It is too poor a quality on youtube.

Thanks for your reply, it seems to me the problem is only when it was on big screen I uploaded it the video to YouTube it is normal speed. This matter is now resolved

When I click show in folder nothing happens, it's not in my videos section. Export queue says both videos are complete but "show in folder" and "play" are not clickable.

Never happened before. I uploaded a few one minute videos a month ago and they were fine... this video is just six minutes, any suggestions for a solution would be appreciated. Videos a month ago I used hey normal headset mike, in this video I use a lavalier mic, that's the only difference between the videos Have not used video pad in two years. I was watching the video in full screen what's up. Now I watch it in the small screen, it looks like normal speed, does that make sense? Many thanks

Hi there, sorry, have been ill. The last version you gave me is what I used, all the versions you gave me had this ussue. How do i find out the name of the older version I have? Actually, it is treated as a "demo version" now, too...money being requested to continue with that one, too... I don't think i have the original version now...

It works fine for this version but they want me to pay for a new version, probably after the trial ends... This makes no sense since there was a technical error on old version...do you think that is right? how much is this fee?

Hi, I would appreciate some assistance, please. Usually, I just drop the page into the video track, audio ceases, only the text page is visible. until the set duration for the page if ended... For some reason, the audio, of me speaking to the camera is still playing during the text page being visible. How can I rectify this, please? Thank you!

Thanks for your help...I did it and some complicated manouveres, taking clips from another video and adding it in, too.......unfortunately, the beginning 5 secs of the video is missing...I didn't delete it. i think I will delete the first 26 mins and add the whole of that section back in... I know, I didn't highlight the first part blue! Just learning.... thanks

Thanks, 1. I tried that this afternoon, I put the red line a bit after where I wanted it, it turned blue but the red line moved.... what to do about this? 2. Then, it occurred to me, if I go over, take too much of the video, to be on the safe side, then that excess part, will it be missing the beginning of the next session? maybe, I have misunderstood what is happening here...?

Thanks How do I find VideopadSoundCache subfolder? i got the new version and cleared cache...I look like the elephant man in this video since yesterday....luckily, I exported it before this happened. Just need 1 edit and 1 subtitle to complete the video. Does that mean I can do it another way rather than splitting up the video into sections? I have to figure how to split it up sections if that is necc..

VP is open, when exporting says "limited disc space" Yes, this is a complicated, long video 1.20 min with lots of pages and subtitles.
