No windows works fine. What I’m saying is why can I open music on wave pad on my windows laptop but not my Mac?
It's possible that the files weren't present on your drive (cloud only) which could be caused by multiple factors but as long as the file is locally stored, WavePad should be able to locate and import that but if the issue persists, best to contact support here.

I'd recommend reinstalling the program for such cases or similar but if you need licensing help along with that, please send a support ticket here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
A sample of the problematic file along with the exact steps/settings used might also be needed.

@GWB5323 We'd recommend sending a support ticket for these issues and the same goes for any other users who might have a similar experience.

Ok, that's great. The spammer messages gone now. Thank you.
Don''t worry. We ban spammers as soon as detected but we appreciate the concern.
Just don't engage or click on any links they provide. This goes for everyone.

Sorry but I don't think that is available. Will update this response as soon as I find any more info regarding this.
Hopefully, some experienced user could shed some light on this as well.

@StellaJonas There have been no recent updates to the program but please send us a support ticket here so we can better advise https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Hi, best to send us a support ticket for this via this link here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

The default playback in Crescendo is piano. The only other playback option is to use a MIDI device.

Hi, this list of video tutorials should also help you in getting started with the program in general https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL6X7NRozADQK1reRh9dy3SPyA6NF1w-hc

I'd recommend a reinstall but do send us a support ticket here so we can better assist you https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Mr. Bernard:
Ah, if you watch the video over 8 times (lol), it wasn't done by a teacher, watch how fast the speaker whips through what kind of notes you can do it with. He ninjas over with his pointer, clicks on the note size like Bruce Lee, you have to watch him like a cat because he does it so fast you might not see it, then says "Short Notes," then flashes back over to use the tool.
@TimYA In this case, please send us a support ticket here so we can better assist you on this. Hopefully, a Crescendo or similar program expert could chime into this thread but for now, please send us a message.

You can click on the Settings button at the top bar to open the layout settings.
This link should also give you additional information on this https://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/crescendo/win/barsandsystems.html

I think it can, but this link should be able to get you started in the program in general: https://www.nch.com.au/notation/tutorial.html

If this is the same case with all other projects in the program, I'd recommend a full reinstall but make sure to save your work as needed just incase.
If the issue remains, please send us a support ticket here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Hi, MixPad should be a better choice for you in this case. WavePad is mainly an editor compared to MixPad which you can check here (demo is free) as well as technical support via this link.
This reference video might also help (could actually be what you are trying to do)? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRyDDTuzMYU
More video tutorials: https://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/tutorial.html
Hopefully, a more experienced audio dude could chime in and provide better insights on this in general. For the meantime, support link above is very available for additional inquiries (tech and sales).

@Cindea We may need to replicate this if you could send a support ticket here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

One workaround is to manually make the loop although that could be tedious and requires some precision work. Another thing I could think of is to use a media player as for the backing track (looped) during recording (if I understand the situation correctly).
The "Master's Edition" registration gives you a single unrestricted license to install WavePad on a single computer. Features include VST plugin support (Windows) and the SFX Library. The "Standard Edition" registration has all Master's Edition features except for VST plugin support and the SFX Library.

@petergray In this case, please send us a support ticket here so we can better resolve this https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Maybe that is only available on the Windows version. I don't see that on the Mac version. Most of that is under settings but Payments is not one of them.
Can you send us a support ticket here so we can have someone confirm this?

@DYP This is under Options at the top bar

-
If you go to Options> Payments and run an update under Credit Card Gateways, you should get the available options there which you can configure after checking it.
