No windows works fine. What I’m saying is why can I open music on wave pad on my windows laptop but not my Mac?

It's possible that the files weren't present on your drive (cloud only) which could be caused by multiple factors but as long as the file is locally stored, WavePad should be able to locate and import that but if the issue persists, best to contact support here.

  2. Sorry but I don't think that is available. Will update this response as soon as I find any more info regarding this.

Hopefully, some experienced user could shed some light on this as well.

Ah, if you watch the video over 8 times (lol), it wasn't done by a teacher, watch how fast the speaker whips through what kind of notes you can do it with.  He ninjas over with his pointer, clicks on the note size like Bruce Lee, you have to watch him like a cat because he does it so fast you might not see it, then says "Short Notes," then flashes back over to use the tool.

@TimYA In this case, please send us a support ticket here so we can better assist you on this. Hopefully, a Crescendo or similar program expert could chime into this thread but for now, please send us a message.

  4. Hi, MixPad should be a better choice for you in this case. WavePad is mainly an editor compared to MixPad which you can check here (demo is free) as well as technical support via this link

This reference video might also help (could actually be what you are trying to do)? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kRyDDTuzMYU

Hopefully, a more experienced audio dude could chime in and provide better insights on this in general. For the meantime, support link above is very available for additional inquiries (tech and sales).

  5. One workaround is to manually make the loop although that could be tedious and requires some precision work. Another thing I could think of is to use a media player as for the backing track (looped) during recording (if I understand the situation correctly).

The "Master's Edition" registration gives you a single unrestricted license to install WavePad on a single computer. Features include VST plugin support (Windows) and the SFX Library. The "Standard Edition" registration has all Master's Edition features except for VST plugin support and the SFX Library.
