Exporting in MixPad in general can be checked here: https://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/mixpad/win/exporting.html

Hard to tell what the issue is really without the actual error message, so we look forward to seeing that, along with more info about the exact steps/settings you've used if possible.

Sorry, but custom presets don't seem to be available in the current versions of WavePad. Checking this further though but for the time being, using Cooledit for reverbs sounds like the way to go. I'd also do certain stuff via Audacity then finish up with WavePad but I'll let you know if I find anything else on this topic.

Which format are you trying to export it with? Some formats may not have the same options available like mp3 for example as shown below:

If I understand you correctly, what you may want to do is keep a copy of the project file/s before actually exporting them into an audio file. It's the only way to get back to your bookmarks (within WavePad).

Features do get blocked at some point during the version. We'd recommend getting a license to better utilize the software.
