@Greg Walsh @JMM Hi there, which input and output formats are you working on exactly? And is this the same case with any other files/formats you try to convert?
You could also send a support ticket for this here so we can better assist: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

@cbreemer You are welcome.
-
@cbreemer Please send us a support ticket for this https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
-
No worries. Hopefully, we get that added in near future versions.
-
@cbreemer I've sent a suggestion for this by the way and you can too via this link: https://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html

Sorry, but custom presets don't seem to be available in the current versions of WavePad. Checking this further though but for the time being, using Cooledit for reverbs sounds like the way to go. I'd also do certain stuff via Audacity then finish up with WavePad but I'll let you know if I find anything else on this topic.

Hi, the issue seems to be replicable and I've escalated this as a bug. Any further assistance you need regarding this, please feel free to send your inquiry here https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Hi,
Thanks very much for your effort. I actually gave up on it and started using started using DAW multi track instead. Thanks anyway for your kind help.

Hi, while waiting for responses from more experienced users, you could check this link for reference: https://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/drawpad/win/touchpad.html

If that is the case, you may reinstall 9.61 here http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/photostage-9-61-2022-07-23.exe

Hi, you may configure the program as needed prior to writing following this link https://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/crescendo/win/barsandsystems.html

Which format are you trying to export it with? Some formats may not have the same options available like mp3 for example as shown below:

@jessalex In addition to what Etti said, we'd only recommend updates if you really have to say, technical issues or missing features. If you need further assistance with reinstalling the original version though, you can send a support ticket here for further assistance regarding licensing https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

@MakubX, I do know how to create bookmarks in WavePad but they do not seem to function as track markers in the final WAV file. I had assumed they would but now need to find out the correct way to create tracks in the file, if there is one.
If I understand you correctly, what you may want to do is keep a copy of the project file/s before actually exporting them into an audio file. It's the only way to get back to your bookmarks (within WavePad).

Any way you give us a screenshot showing the issue via this link? https://snipboard.io/

Hi, if you are referring to bookmarks, you may refer to this link: https://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/kb/1883.html
You can then easily navigate between bookmarks after that's set up.

Hi everybody.
I got an open reel tape, presumably recorded in 3/ 3/4 (it states so, handwritten). I never transferred such sort of tapes into my computer by using the Wavepad. Anyway, I was planning to record the tape's sound as it comes into the laptop and then make the necessary speed adjustments. But I am at a loss at it. Below there is a link with just a few seconds of the (faulty) transfer (you´ll hear that the speed is crazy). If anybody can give me a clue on how to solve this, I´ll be more than happy to read you. Many thanks in advance. Best wishes. Martin

Hi there, could you perhaps elaborate on how you did this so far settings/steps-wise?
You can send us a support ticket for this one https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

Okay in this case, should be better to send us a support ticket here so we can have a closer look: https://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html

I'm sorry but can you elaborate? If you could include a screenshot, please do.

@TOMS Hi, as previously advised, we'd recommend sending a support ticket for this especially that we may need to test the actual files in question.
Trouble Exporting Tracks in MixPad

Sorry but perhaps you forgot to attach the error message (screenshot) with your last response.
Exporting in MixPad in general can be checked here: https://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/mixpad/win/exporting.html
Hard to tell what the issue is really without the actual error message, so we look forward to seeing that, along with more info about the exact steps/settings you've used if possible.
