When I ignore/reject an incoming call using Express Talk (by pressing the 'hang-up' button) with www.mynetfone.com.au the caller gets an engaged signal even though I have MNF voice mail set up (i.e. it should go through to my MNF voicemail).
Same scenario with MNF's softphone and the call goes to messagebank no problems.
Same scenario with www.pennytel.com using Express Talk as softphone and the call goes to pennytel's messagebank no problems.
Everything else appears to work fine.
Can anyone shed some light on what I can do to have Express Talk functioning normally with MNF voicemail? i.e. rejected/ignored incoming calls divert to MNFs voicemail...
Express Talk is so much better than any other softphone I've encountered I simply must keep using it and get this issue sorted.
