  1. We have Express Talk BE on trial at the moment for our business. Mostly OK, but following issue may be a show-stopper: We have Asterisk virtual PBX, interfacing to a couple of PSTN lines and several internal extensions on VOIP using SIP + RTP. We use our VOIP phones on a hunter group for dealing with outside calls. For example, an incoming call will try line 201, then 202, then 203 until it finds a free extension. When using SJPhone, if an outside call rings, say, 201, and 201 clicks on ignore, Asterisk *immediately* knows to go and try 202. So it seems that SJPhone does more than just ignore the incoming call - it sends some sort of 'go away' signal to Asterisk. But when using ExpressTalk and an outside call rings 201, and 201 clicks on 'ignore', the phone stops ringing but Asterisk does *not* move it on to the next extension in the hunter group. So it seems that 'ignore' in Express Talk just ignores the incoming call, but does not send back the 'go away' signal that SJPhone does which signals to the exchange to go try somewhere else. Does anyone know of a fix or workaround? All insights and suggestions gratefully received.
