Where is the link to purchase a NCH cards? I need this to work and thought a US Robotics Voicemail would be good enough considering what I paid for it. Thank you for being the second one from this forum to try and make the effort to help. David

Hello, I just recently purchased this software for my small business. I tried a couple different companie's software and remembered I used this one a while back and really liked it. Anyways I will explain what is happening. I am using the following: Windows 2000 Server Dual processor Intel Server III-550s 2 GB of Ram 2 36GB drives Mirrored 5 36GB drives Raid 5 My modem is: US Robotics 56K Voice modem Int - 83329800 Options: V32bis, V .80, V.34+, x2, V.90 Fax options: Class 1/Class 2 Line options: Caller ID, Distinctive Ring Voice Options: Speakerphone, TAD H.324 video-ready rev 1.0 I made sure it was voice compatible. I loaded the software and configured it. My problem... Sometimes the the IVM picks up, all the time it annouces the call in the sys tray with caller ID. It says Answered but the line still rings. Then after a short while of ringing it shows the same call as "Unknown caller". Here is a screen shot if this helps... If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.
