I spoke with support & broadvoice in fact does not work with IVM even though there website says that it will. They said it use to work.

I am having problems transferring calls. I am using broadvoice (2 accounts), IVM, and Axon. The call transfers fine but the caller is disconnected immediately and my cell phone rings until I answer it. Once I answer it, it then hangs up. I have tried several variables of: !,,,, !,! !,,,,! !,#90, !,#90(mynumber#)! !,#90(mynumber)! and about any other combination I can think of and I get the same thing. What Gives? Any anyone give step by step instructions on how to make this work?
