  1. Delete cache files in wavepad folder: 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. On our end is > C:\Users\Salgado\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome.
  2. Hi, you just need to go to "Invoices List" look for the customer, select the invoice, click on "Preview" just to make sure it is correct and send it. The outstanding balance will show in the lower right corner.

  15. The hotkeys on Express Scribe will work as long as the program is open and active. If you are using Word, try using this setting: 1. Click on "View" and "Float Above other Windows" 2. Then, go to the option called "Scribe Mini" and click on it. 3. Then Open word and work with the program.
