First thing first.. Fire your sales staff. He don't deserve a minute at your place. If you have evidence. I will strongly suggest to report it to Police as well to make his life bit more painful.
Secondly try to report it under bug section to NCH. https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html. I strongly believe they won't do much but what to do. You get what you pay for.

If it is default setup of the program. then why there is Clear Assigned headers? Currently using Version 8 for Mac. Previously I was using version 4.53.
In older version, we don't have to map fields on every import. As assigning one by one is bit of a job to do. Thanks.

Can you try taking local backup first and see if it works? it is to isolate problem that it is network issue or Express Invoice (I am confident it is Express Invoice issue, but double check is good. )

Hi,
In previous versions, we was able to line up CSV headers once and can import as many time as we have to. But Now we have to manually assign headers each time either in Import Quotes or Import Invoices via CSV. Any chance, you can fix this? Or Am I missing something? Thanks.

1) backup data before

Go to Preferences -- > Invoice --> Preferences --> in positioning, remove ship to and select NONE. Hope it will resolve the issue. Thanks.

Welcome to the club of problems.
Invoice formats you have to redesign again.
There are many other problems like Different currencies does not show up in web access. Excessive memory and cpu usage.. you will see your mac will be very slow soon. I certainly have reported issues to NCH but they haven't fixed it yet. Luckily they have fixed PDF corruption issue.

All you have to do is press command + Y (I Use Mac) and it will prompt for Payment dialogue.. just press okay and you are all done. You can change payment method, amount, date etc if needed.

Please that is very important feature.. without that web access is useless. I hope you understand. And release notes are useless. They are not telling, what is new, what is fixed etc etc.

Hi,
I updated my Express Invoice version to 7.34 with the hopes that some bugs are fixed, PDF File creation is very important as how can we see our invoices if it is generating Corrupt pdf files?
Is there any change log, which tells what is new in this version?

Too many problems. I would suggest not to upgrade to Catalina yet. I am saying because I already have updated.
a) Too many problems with Catalina itself
b) Express invoice many existing working features are broken and they are too slow to fix anything. Don't think we will have fixes anytime soon. So "NOT RECOMMENDED" but choice is always yours. 🙂

Dont think there is any standard way. But may be you can play with it by setting Top/Bottom and Left/Right margins.

In Express invoice. I don't think you can record any of your expenses. May be try Express Accounts. Not sure if that supports it or not. But read it from

Luckily 64 Bit is out.. But there are so many problems in 64 Bit. Unfortunately there is no way out. You have to live with it now. Web access works but its useless in new version as Employees generate invoice but they can't save PDF file to send it to customer as files generated are corrupted in new version. Many more problem. But welcome to the club.

Josh, Can I MOVE my old invoices in to separate folder? Is it safe to do? so actually archiving them manually at some other location? Can you please advice as it is live system and don't want to end up in loosing something. I appreciate your help.

Our Express invoices for mac is too slow, specially in web version. Is it possible to Archive old invoices? so they are still available for us to view and not deleted but they are not loaded everytime we access software

Express invoice eats up too much memory (Sometime). Today it was 100 GB. Can you please advice, how to fix this?
