could they give you any reason why it wouldn't work ??

i have tried to buy this modem from their site but couldn't get any joy (no uk credit card would work to complete purchase)...i understand that they are manufactured china but haven't been able to locate a manufacturer to get further info. I'm just starting a basic single line IVM system but am baffled by modems ect .....what have you got your system running with ? does the callurl card support caller id and tone detection ?

this request is probably in the wrong section -- however . can someone point me in the right direction for technical on a TELCTAUSB2. is this 2 lines in and multiple out ? or 1 line in and 2 extension lines out ? doesn't seem to be any tech manuals on this item regards
