  1. I tried the steps in your post, but with the same result. The crash happens at 2:39 into my video. I have removed all effects and transitions at that point and tried again, with the same result. Any other ideas?
  2. Update - I reinstalled 2.41 and can now access my old work, but I still crash every time I try to save it to a movie. I certainly will pay for someone to help me get this to the finishline.
  3. I am in the same boat as a prior poster. I upgrade from a 2.x version to a 3.x version because I was crashing everytime I went to save a movie. But now all my work/sequence is lost. I need help restoring the old version. I'm really at wits end. I've put over 30 hours into this project and and beyond frustrated. Will pay anyone who is willing $40 per hour to take my old sequence somehow and save it as a working movie in any usuable format. I was 90% pleased with it and it just needed some touchup and now its all gone. I'm desparate. This is the montage for my son's bar mitzvah. (will pay for the touchup as well). Please help,
  4. I'm beside myself and need help. I'd been working with an older version of Videopad. 2.68, I think. I'd spent about 20-25 hours doing a videomontage for my son's bar mitzvah, which is coming up in 3 weeks. I finally finished it, but no matter how I tried, I could not get it to save the movie without crashing. So, I went through the bug report and it told me this problem would likely be fixed if I installed Version 3.02 "over the top" of my prior version, which I did. But when I launched it and tried to open my project, the sequence was entirely gone. The audio and video files were there, but the sequence/timeline, synching - everything was missing. I'm incredibly worried that all my work has been lost. Can someone recommend how I can get all of my work back and be able to save it to a movie file with 3.02, or going back to a prior version?
