  1. Hi, Whenever I use the "save" button to create a pdf of an invoice or quote, the pdf document is created. If I try and copy-paste the text in the pdf to use elsewhere, when I paste the text into a program, it comes up as open box or strange characters. Is it possible to create a pdf which can be used to copy-paste text from? Thanks, Ben
  2. I have the answer to the question I think you are really asking...I've spent ages with this as my own problem too. In the Home tab, click on "change configuration settings" Click on the "other" tab Click "Advanced Settings..." Click on "Set Options for Purchase Orders" Hooray!! Ben
