  1. i asked the same question back in august 08 http://nch.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=9627 i never got it to work either, even asked nch paid support for the correct syntax or an example and got some pretty poor response back in the end I gave up and used another product for dial out. i had just come back to the forum today in the hope to see a solution but it would seem not. if you find the solution please let me know
  2. I have tried to set the ogm for outgoing call by using ogm= and ogmanswer= using File > Outbound Autodial Calls but it seems to just ignore what i set and go with the default i have 113&ogm=OGM1 it rings extension 113 but just plays the default outgoing message, it seems it is just ignoring any of the variables i pass with the number as even if i set the desired OGM as the default the variables are not being set note: i have also switched to using XP 32bit to make sure the vista 64 was not causing any problems. any ideas what i could be doing wrong? thanks
  3. i have concluded that the problem was with the simulator as it has not shown up using a real phone
  4. i tried many different numbers and also repeating the same number eg 123 one thing to add though is that i did not have any message in the OGM2 since i just needed the number entered to be repeated, the last thing i tried was entering a short message "the number you entered was" and i tested that and it did not show the same behavior in my tests that is it worked each time, since it was random i cannto be sure, i then cleared that message and retested with a simple 123 and then again i repeated the test and the second time and 2 or 3 times after that it did not work until i gave up and added "the number entered" message again and it worked again. as for ensuring there was no difference, i actually set the test up so that i i could press * to take me back to OGM1 to repeat each time so it was even the same instance of the simulator i am going to go with adding a short pre message and see how things go is there perhaps some sort of timing issue with the variables?
  5. i am testing the IVM on a vista64 machine and have setup 2 OGM's OGM1 takes a number and puts in variable OGM2 reads the number back using the advanced read out variable option the problem is it does not always work the log display shows its moved to OGM2 and it displays "followed by read number" but there is no audio, it is completely random in my testing of around 20 times it only read the number 15 times or so. i tried the second method of reading the number from within the script as suggested to another user but that does not work for me since the numbers need to read out individually eg one zero zero zero and not one thousand hope you can help
