I am also having the same problem, cannot get past the license agreement page when upgrading. I use Windows XP. Is there a solution? It's frustrating!

Hi Marcia, I'm a scopist in Houston and a reporter I work with recently started using the Olympus recorder. I'm not sure what .dss files are. Another audio format, I guess. He has .wma files from the Olympus he uses. Other reporters I work with have .wav files (from audiosync/CATalyst). The .wav files seem to be easiest to work with, but the .wma files have been a little tricky. We had a problem with the uploading/downloading with whalemail, but we got it resolved today. But I thought maybe if you loaded your files onto the desktop from your Olympus recorder and then just dragged them into Express Scribe, which is how they do it, that might solve your problem. Right now I have a 200-page transcript loaded and it seems to be fine. Just a thought........ Happy Reporting! Charlene
