Any answer for this! I can't believe I upgraded to this nightmare! How can I got back to the previous version?

I have lost the channel box on my screen. It's been missing for days and now I really need it. I have checked my settings and it has show channels control ticked. Any ideas where it may be hidding? Thanks Dawn Wilkins
