Does anybody ever get any resolution to this stuff? Does anyone have a suggestion for a card and/or software that DOES work? I would love to hear from someone who has a good, working solution to call-in dictation, even if it's a different product! CJESSEE - you seem to be on here a lot - what are you doing? Is it working for you?

Is it possible to automatically skip through long, blank, "dead air" during playback. I have a dictator who thinks throughout his dictation and I'm just sitting here waiting for him to speak.

I've seen this post on the boards without any response. Does anyone know why Dial Dictate abandons a recording rather than sending it? Everything in the log looks normal, no strange buttons are pressed, the user disconnects fine, then the file is abandoned rather than sent.

Man, my docs are dropping like flies. So far I've had dictations that they say were dictated and are nowhere to be found. When I check their account, there are no saved files. I've had dictations cut off in the middle for no apparent reason and unknowing to the physician. I've gone through all the user functions and the features work sporadically at best. The review 5 seconds feature takes you to the beginning of the voice file instead of going back 5 seconds. Anyone have ANY suggestions?
