I have done this several times, but still can't get the .wam files to play in Express Scribe. They load, but won't play with or without the foot pedals. I have Win 98, is that the problem? If not, what can I do to get this to work. I have files to transcribe and need to complete this soon.

I HAVE UPLOADED .WAM FILES, BUT EXPRESS SCRIBE WON'T PLAY THEM. I HAVE MARKED THE .WAX AREA, SO THAT EXPRESS SCRIBE WILL PLAY THEM. BUT THEY STILL WON'T PLAY. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO BE ABLE TO PLAY THEM? I NEED TO TRANSCRIBE THE FILES REAL SOON. I WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP ANYONE CAN GIVE.

I have loaded the newest version, but when I load .wma files, I can't get them to play. I can see them in the program, but they won't play. I had also attached the foot pedals. They work with the message that comes with the program, but won't work with the .wma files. Is there something that I can do to get this program fixed? I need to be able to transcribe the .wma files real soon. I would appreciate any help I can get.
