I'm calling my bank tomorrow to see if they have the information for me to import my bank transactions.

The automated list of Banks is nonexistent. To enter your bank information is impossible because your bank can't even give you the information needed for you to import. Now what? You can't talk to anyone from technical support because there is no telephone number. You tube doesn't offer anything except you have to get the information directly from your bank.
