  1. Already had the Default selection chosen under GPU. Thanx. May the Buddha bless you and your mysteries muchly...
  2. Thanks for the quick reply. I have version 13.50, and no, the track has NOT been turned off. Good catch, and I thought of that right away myself, so I flipped it off and on. Then scrapped my previous edit job and started over with a completely new attempt. Same results on Edit #2: Audio and Tracks2&3 went into export *.mp4 file, but not track1. But now suddenly I am getting NOTHING in my export. -0- Installing release... -0- Release is installed... I checked draft VideoPad file and it seems to still be intact... Now doing a trial export, which seems to be going slower than the previous attempts did, and that's promising... This will take a few minutes... -0-0- Reporting back... Success, an excellent video of higher quality than I was getting before this intervention. What was in that magic pill you just sent me??? I want more of whatever that was for my gimpy runner's knee...! Many thanx... đź‘Ť
  3. UPDATE... Now nothing is exporting... The saved VideoPad file does not export at all.
  4. VideoPad has been working nicely for me, but suddenly I am getting exports into *.mp4 format that include the AudioTrack and the graphics on Tracks2&3 perfectly and clearly, but there is no video from Track1. Just black screen with the graphics showing on top of it. How I do get Track1 back?
  5. Have followed other advice and now have the procedure correct. Thx.
  6. I'm trying to post a watermark on a video with PictureInPicture, but I'm getting pixelation so extreme that it's practically unusable. Is there a way to avoid this? I'm using the Bottom-Right position, but I assume the results are the same with all positions...
  7. When I try to put a watermark on a video in the PictureInPicture effect (using Bottom-Right, but I assume it happens with every position...), the graphic gets extremely pixelated to the point that it's not usable. How do I avoid this? CAN I avoid this...??
  8. I have a problem closely related to the problem that "Duginov" described below, but not quite the same. I am working with NCH VideoPad trying to learn how to use either the “Video Crop,” or “Zoom,” or “Pan&Zoom/ KenBurns Effect,” or whatever combination of effects will give me the result that I want. Which is... I’m editing video interviews in *.mp4 format which have a single subject talking on the screen. I’d like to be able to crop the interviewee down from full-screen to a 1:1 aspect-ratio box (…full height of the screen, squared-off width…), and scoot that box over to the right edge of the screen. Then in the remaining blank space on the left, I’d like to post a partial-screen slide containing helpful text… I saw that exact move yesterday in a nice video that I watched: The speaker there was cropped and panned to the right side of the screen for about 45 seconds while bullet points from her presentation were shown in a partial-screen text slide that appeared on the left. Then the slide went away and she was panned back up to full screen again. That’s what I’d like to be able to do in VideoPad. I’ve been referred to you in the VideoPad User's Community by the folks at NCH’s “BriskSupport” department. They are at a loss to solve this unique problem, but they tell me that one of you knows how to do this and can perhaps help me out. I would much appreciate it. I have already noted that NCH’s VideoPad Tutorial for the KenBurns Effect is out of date. The current interactive panel for the Pan&Zoom/ KenBurns Effect has both a “Select Preset” dropdown menu and an “Aspect Ratio” dropdown on the interactive control panel. However, NCH’s online Tutorial video makes no mention of either of the dropdowns. It shows an old interactive panel which does not include these two dropdowns. Clearly the Tutorial video is out of date. NCH has obviously enhanced the feature; but the Tutorial hasn’t caught up with the enhancement yet. (I understand, things can take time…) I’ve also tried NCH’s Video Crop and Zoom features, and I can successfully use them to square off the speaker with a 1:1 aspect ratio; but then I can’t seem to move that cropped video box from the center to the right once I’ve reduced the active screen area. And the Tutorial Videos don’t explain it, either… The help I need is simply how to frame my active speaker and then pan that cropped box to the right side of the screen, and back. (I already understand how to superimpose the text slide on the empty remaining are on the left, using a different video track.) For any such coaching, many thanx…
