  1. I checked to make sure my export settings hadn't somehow changed themselves since the last time I successfully exported, and it looks like the frame rate did change, but fixing that didn't stop the glitching, just made it run smoother (while glitching). I tried uninstalling the program completely and reinstalling, which didn't help, so I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the previous version of the program, which made it go back to most of the screen being black. So assuming it was something to do with the software, I popped the same video file into the generic video program that came on my PC (climpchamp) and it exported completely fine. Is there something that could be causing the program to have issues with my computer? As I said, my system settings are completely up to date (and everything worked two days ago), but it's obviously working for you, so I don't know what the problem could be.
  2. Okay, it should work now. My actual project file is huge, but any project I start or open does the same thing.
  3. Okay, I definitely don't want to share a real project, so I used a clip from a TV show in a new project. It doesn't matter which videos or projects I use, they all export the same. So here's the project folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1HFtIBkLsczb1E2HryB6sGlpoQX5g7tkb?usp=drive_link And here's what it looks like after I exported it: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1odEzUT_NBEW1j2-3pJpJvYxuLJjZzjCe/view?usp=drive_link
  4. I just downloaded the update and it's still doing it, except the black moved to the top of the screen instead of the bottom, and it flickers on and off. The drivers on my computer are up to date. I don't know how to turn my photos into links, and clearly it didn't work when I tried. So I must be missing something. But it's literally just an 80% black screen with a strip of actual video peeking out at the top. And after the update, it's reversed.
  5. Yesterday when I opened my project and exported it, the video came out with only the top 20% or so of the screen showing the actual video and the other 80% covered in black with some glitchy blocks flickering around the top. I cleared my cache and tried again, but it exported the same way. I started a new project and the same thing happened. This has never happened before. I'm so confused. Here's a screenshot of the export. http://data:image/jpg;base64,/9j/4AAQS/Z
  6. I figured this out myself and wanted to share in case it happens to anyone else. It definitely isn't my software, which is fully up to date. So I thought I would try converting the files to another video type to see if that made a difference. It turns out the issue is that some 4K videos have an "uneditable" colorsource. So what I had to do was convert my files from colorsource bt.2020 to bt.709, which you should be able to do with any decent conversion program. The files got bigger, but they look bright and clear again.
  7. I usually work with 1080p files, but I've been trying to use some 2160p videos and every one of them loses all their saturation when I import them into a project. I tried exporting anyway to see if it was only a weird tint within the program, but they export with this same gray coloring.
  8. This is also happening to me and I have the latest version. This error only started happening after I updated and it is registered. If you ever got this fixed, please let me know how. I reached out to the support team and they weren't willing to give me any actual advice. They just wanted me to send my project file and videos to them. It's skipping the "Indexing Video" step in the export. It goes right from "Pending" to "Video Position" then immediately fails.
