  1. I figured this out myself and wanted to share in case it happens to anyone else. It definitely isn't my software, which is fully up to date. So I thought I would try converting the files to another video type to see if that made a difference. It turns out the issue is that some 4K videos have an "uneditable" colorsource. So what I had to do was convert my files from colorsource bt.2020 to bt.709, which you should be able to do with any decent conversion program. The files got bigger, but they look bright and clear again.
  2. I usually work with 1080p files, but I've been trying to use some 2160p videos and every one of them loses all their saturation when I import them into a project. I tried exporting anyway to see if it was only a weird tint within the program, but they export with this same gray coloring.
  3. This is also happening to me and I have the latest version. This error only started happening after I updated and it is registered. If you ever got this fixed, please let me know how. I reached out to the support team and they weren't willing to give me any actual advice. They just wanted me to send my project file and videos to them. It's skipping the "Indexing Video" step in the export. It goes right from "Pending" to "Video Position" then immediately fails.
