  1. Make sure to contact NCH Technical support here: https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html and confirm if they can provide you the correct version of the program and the registration details in order to reinstall the program on your machine and retry to create a disc using the software.

  3. This is due to FAT32 limitation on your USB Stick. Files larger than 4GB can NOT be stored on a FAT32 volume. Formatting the flash drive as exFAT or NTFS will resolve this issue. Formatting a drive in exFAT1. Double-click on My Computer.2. Right-click on the flash drive or memory card, then select Format.3. In the File System list, click exFAT.4. Click Start.5. Click OK to start formatting.
  4. Try converting your files images and audio, specifically audio to the same format and with the same sample and bit rate, this will help you to create a higher quality in sound of your project. Is always recommended to convert or have all the files under the same quality to have a better result. You can try with the batch converter available in the software to load multiple files and proceed with the conversion.

Please note that if you are using the Free trial version, exporting files or uploading directly to youtube might be limited, These are features restricted to the licensed version of the software. Note that the free trial version is intended for you to test the software, verify if the features available comply with your requirements and from there choose if adquiring a license for the software is an option suitable for you.
  6. Please note that in order to complete your recordings using recordpad you are required to use the microphone on your pc and start the recording on the recordpad software. Regarding your tascam please take a look on how to move your files from the device to your computer. Connect the Tascam to a computer using the USB cable. Use the – button to select 'Storage' and press enter (>). The computer will recognise the Tascam just like a digital camera or memory stick. The sound files are in the Music folder and you can either copy and paste or drag and drop them onto the computer.
  7. The difference is the Plus -commercial license provide you unlimited license for a user anywhere while the Plus- home use only apply for non business use. After that all features are the same, the only difference is the type of license.

  9. Please make sure to load the files you are trying to convert using switch from your computer disk instead of a CD, DVD or USB drive. In case your files are located on any external device please make sure first to move these files to your computer disk and from there load these files to Switch.

If the settings changed and you don't remeber what you used to have, we suggest you to reinstall the software on your machine, you can either install on top of the existing version or remove the software first and then install the software to make sure a clean installation is performed.   13. You can find this option under the trim name, select the region you want to cut or remove, right click, select trim and the portion of the audio file selected will be removed. Note that you can also use the copy, paste and cut options in case you want to add or move from position the audio file portion.

  15. On wavepad The Surround Sound Editor allows you to mix multiple sound tracks to produce surround sound audio. The Surround Sound Editor supports standard speaker layouts for 5.1 or 7.1 audio. It can also be configured to support any 2-D speaker layout.
