Make sure to have the correct version of the software compatible with your license registration code. Sometimes if you are trying to register with a previous (old) registration code into a new released version of the software or just using a non register version of the software the save features are not unlocked. In case you upgrade and purchased a new code, make sure to enter the code into the software under the file tab option.

All three options seems good, is just a matter of preferences on how you would like to have it end. I personally prefer fading the last track.

When you are ready to export the project make sure to select dvd on the export tab, note that if the project is around 4.7 GB creating the file will end up with a larger file that might not fit on the dvd and the operation can be canceled by the program.

Please also try to clear the cache folder, you can find it on options under the disk tab. try that, access the cache folder using the windows explorer and clear all cache files. Retry to use the software and confirm how it goes.
