I have just started to use VideoPad Editor but it is very disappointing for me. In a very important project of mine I see black splodges/blanks at the cutting points in the project file AS WELL AS in the output video - and I cannot get rid of them. I feel that the customer service support is just trying to pass me off they don't even understand my problem. Could you help me as it is a very important project for me and I should present it today :((( There must be a solution for this problem...
