  1. Could not detect audio stream

    Please check if you are running any other audio software that might be conflicting with Voxal. In some rare circumstances, the microphone you are using may not be compatible with Voxal. If you continue to have problems try using a different microphone to see if that fixes the issue.

    You may not have the correct audio device selected to work with Voxal. Go to Voxal's Options and make sure you select the correct preview devices in the drop down lists. Once you do this, re-start the computer.

    If you are talking about the total or subtotal in the lower right corner, there is no way to remove this information from the Invoice. Please be more specific, so we can assist you further.

    In order to create the menu, please follow the steps below: Click Add File(s) on the Video Tab Navigate to the videos that you want to include on the DVD and click Open Click the Create Menu button Enter a Title and Subtitle Select a template from options on the left of the Disc Menu Creator window Optional: Add a custom image using the Select custom image for this template... button Optional: The default for your menu is centered, use the left of right arrows to align text on either the left or right edge When your menu is ready, click Save Menu *****The Create Menu button will now say Edit Menu ,if you need to make any additional changes
  8. Not able to open certain wav files

    Ok, so you are having issues with some of those files, or with all of them? Are you able to play those files using Windows Media Player? Please try. You can also try to delete cache files in wavepad folder: 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. On our end is > C:\Users\sebastian\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache contents. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome. If the issue still persist, open a support ticket to http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html?software=WavePad&home . We might required you to send some of those files for testing.

I have upgrade my Express invoice to 5.01 but I am facing now problem with currency digits ! i use 18.00 but when i put for example 0.053 in unit price it disappear inside the invoice (editing) while in preview it appear normal ! and wehn i change to 18.000 it appear normal inside the editing but this time the total value change ! for example 79,402.80 goes to 7,940.280$ please i need to fix this as a serious issue ! in previous versions i never faced it !

    No, there is no need for you to purchased any extra software. Just enable the "web access" feature to connect several computers to the main installation of Inventoria. Follow the steps below: Follow these directions to set up Web Access. Click the Options button on the toolbar. Go to the Web Access tab. Select the checkbox next to Allow access to Inventoria Stock Manager on the local network or Allow access to Inventoria Stock Manager from the internet (Cloud Access). You may need to work with your network administrator to allow access through your firewall. You will need to give users the IP address shown next to Local Network: or Internet: depending on the option you chose to use. Go to the Web Accounts tab to add users. You will need to give each user the password that you created for them, in addition to the IP address. Click OK to save your changes.   12. Using barcode reader

    Inventoria works with barcode scanners in "HID keyboard emulation" mode. Basically, it acts like a second keyboard. The advantage of this is that you don't have to worry about specific drivers. Once you scan an item and you sell it, it will automatically updated your inventory. In order to add an item, you need to go to "Add new item", the cursor in the "Item Code" should be blinking, now you can star scanning the items.
  13. Help!! Files all collapsed and cant view!

    Did you have the .mpdp file, which is the temporary file format in which Mixpad saves the project? What file format did you use to save your project? Whenever you finish your mix, and you are sure is the definite file, we suggest you to select the option to "Export" or "Save File As", select the format and save it.

    In order to attempt to fix the issue, make sure to uninstall latest version of Debut 4.04, you can install it from this link: http://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutpsetup.exe Once you make sure you install latest version try this: 1. Go to "Control Panel" -> "System" -> "Advanced system settings" -> "Hardware" -> "Device Installation Settings" -> make sure "Yes, do this automatically" is selected -> "Save changes" (if required) 2. Make sure you have the latest videocard, audiocard and MemBoard drivers, all the latest Windows Updates as well as any trusted latest Codec Pack version installed. (reboot PC after each installation) 3.
