triciamm Posted March 30, 2017 Share Posted March 30, 2017 Have been using express invoice for years with no problems. Lately, every time I try to run a report it hangs my system. I loaded latest version ( 5.1) and now when trying to search on a certain customer/word the drop down under 'keyword' is gone. Does any one else experience this? Telephony Posted April 7, 2017 Share Posted April 7, 2017 Hi, Please save your data, create a back up file from Tools > Back up Data > select a folder where to save your data and click on Back up now. When ready, download and install a different version, click on the next link > http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/expressinvoice-4-65-2016-12-12.exe When done, proceed to restart your system and retest.
