Hi, I have asked this question a while back but thought I would try to resolve again. The keyword search function on V5.01 does not work for me, word searches are totally off subject. I am forced to use V4.64 which instead of having the key search function has a drop down list of past invoices used and works perfectly. Any ideas very welcome. Cheers Steve

Same issues, driving me mad. The dropdown list has gone and the keyword search is useless as it does not find anything.

I am sure this is possible but I cannot find out how. I am looking for a way to find an invoice by searching the total cost/value of the invoice rather than customer name etc. Any ideas welcome Cheers Steve

UPDATE : I have installed the current windows version on an old windows based laptop and am amazed at the superior quality. The most obvious change is the smaller scale of the fonts which allows for more info per line rather than forcing the use of two lines because of the large text sizing. The shame is i don't really want to be forced to push my invoices via a windows machine in favour of a Mac Any ideas of when a decent update for the mac version will be available??? Steve

I have used this software for a few years and always been very happy with it but last week I updated to the current version and wish I hadn't, it seems to have several issues. 1/ the font size is too large, even when set to 'small' this causes all sorts of layout issues and often leads to printing on two pages which looks awful. Also, because the font size is so large it will often place the customer address on several more lines than it should. 2/ the options for placing the various elements of the page, e.g.: logo, company name, company info are too restrictive and not accurate enough. 3/ when I start to type the customer name, previous versions would allow me to easily find and select the correct customer name but now it just chooses the first address in that alphabetic field and will not allow me to fine tune the search. 4/ there appears to be large gaps between the various page elements, logo, company name and info etc, also massive margins. 5/ the appearance of finished invoices looks very un-professional and the software does not allow for you to address the issues. 6/ I am wondering if it's a Maverick issue as the current version is such a step back from what I have been used to. any help appreciated Steve
