CAN'T HAVE VIDEOS!!😪

Basically my export video does not look like the exported version. My video has 3 video tracks and 2 audio tracks. The eye icon is ok and all are visible for output. In preview all looks perfect. When I export the video file in HD 1080p to my laptop the video looks great except my video track 1. It contains a video that repeats itself 9 times (each clip is saved under its own name). It is used as a background (behind) video track 2 because some of my videos on track 2 were shot horizontally. The background video shows up in the export version only for the 1st clip....the other 8 don't show up. In the preview mode they all show up just fine. I have exhausted all my solution ideas and I need help. Any suggestions would be appreciated as I am presenting this video in 4 days. I have Video Pad professional v 7.11. I paid for this software.

Hey all, I'm pretty desperate for any advice someone might have for me...I'm freaking out! Today I updated ExpressScribe on my computer because it was performing poorly. I've been using the free version for the past 2 years with only minor issues, such as occasional freezing and lag. Today, the program for some reason was having severe issues with playback so I thought it probably just needed an update. Not so! It only made things worse. I discovered that Express Scribe no longer seemed to recognize my foot pedal (Infinity IN-USB-2) at all! Even though it had been working for the most part up until this point, Express Scribe no longer seemed to see it as a valid foot pedal--or even a foot pedal at all. The screen indicated that there was no device recognized at all. My next course of action was to buy the professional service, since a family friend had similar issues when her "free trial" ran out. I figured it was a gimmick to force people to buy the program but I felt like I had no choice, since there's no comparable transcription software out there that's actually free of charge. I purchased the professional software for $40.00 (not the standard but the advanced license). Unfortunately it appears that the pedal is STILL not recognized at all by ExpressScribe! When I open the application and go to Preferences>Controller setup wizard, it claims that there is no plug and play foot pedal connected at all, when that is clearly not the case. Even with the updated, professional purchased version! When I click on "plug and play controller diagnostics", I get the following message: Plug and play controller diagnostics for Express Scribe Transcription (Registered) v 6.04 (Mac OS X 10.10.5): No devices found --- End --- I am very frustrated because the program worked just fine with the free version just yesterday, and today it was acting up and freezing so I purchased it thinking that would resolve the minor issues, and it escalated into a severe issue where it is literally not even possible for me to use the program with this pedal anymore. This seems suspicious because this particular pedal is listed as a compatible pedal for the professional software. I plugged my pedal into a family friend's computer (she is also a transcriptionist and also uses ExpressScribe, but she has an older version of the program, 5 point something, with the basic licensure whereas I have 6.4 with the professional license), and the pedal worked on her computer. It is clearly a software issue and not a pedal issue. I have time-sensitive work that needs to be completed and I will be forced to use another transcription program if this problem is not resolved. I paid good money to have a program that actually works! I may also ask for a refund if I don't see this problem resolved soon, as it is currently a complete waste of money for me seeing as the program is blatantly not working at all for me. I thought maybe it might have something to do with my iOS as I just recently updated it on my laptop but that was in the beginning of the month. Like I said, this program was working pretty well up until today. I have no idea what to do at this point! I've even resorted to looking into other transcription programs, but seeing as I've paid for this one, if I can get it to work, it would obviously be ideal. Any (fast) advice would be appreciated.

Hi! I've been having a difficult time with this one issue on VideoPad and am wondering if anyone's fixed this before. Here is a link to a photo showing my export video issue The problem I have is this: I add overlays to a video. Preview looks fine BUT When export is finished the video is shrunk into the middle of the screen and the overlays are larger and in front of my picture. Around the video is a black screen filling in all the extra space. Imagine viewing a video in 1920x1080 but the video is only showing in a space that is 640x480 (but the rest of the space is black and has the overlays in them) My video is in 1920x1080 and it's not an output resolution issue. This problem only happens when I add overalys. Any ideas? Tom

Whenever I add audio to my sequence, it gets rid of all my transitions. I add in all the transitions (crossfade) perfectly fine. All looks good. Then I start dropping in tracks and all of a sudden, my transitions are gone. I can add the transitions in again but then my audio is not properly synced to the timing of the video due to the slight overlap of the clips when doing a crossfade transition. What can I do to fix this?

I'm trying to burn an audio cd, but it keeps saying that there is no disc in the drive. Is there a certain kind of cd that I must have to burn an audio file? Right now I've tried Memorex CD-R & Verbatim CD-R and neither of them is recognized. Thank you for any suggestions siciliangal

I wonder if anyone can help me... I am fairly new to Videopad and cannot for the life of me figure out why this is happening. I have added a 'fade out' to the audio at the end of my video and want it to fade to silence as a text title plays. I added the 'fade out' and it plays perfectly when I double click the audio file and play it alone in the top screen. HOWEVER: when I then click back to the full sequence and play in with the video, the audio does not fade out. I have been looking at this for HOURS and now losing my mind a bit! Please help! Thank you...Cx

I have a 22 minute video filled with several hundred photos/videos of my daughter that I'm preparing for her first birthday party on Saturday. I've added several songs to it and they all stop randomly in the middle of the song before the track is supposed to end. So my sequence goes from having synced audio to having no sound playing at all other than the videos. I have tried using different mp3 files of the same song and that has not worked. I have also tried reordering the songs and they seem to all stop, though some of them stop sooner and some of them earlier. One 4 minute song stops at the 2:30 mark, so I tried moving the next song up to 2:30, but then it stops at 1:45. Very frustrating. Anyone have a similar experience? Is there a fix to this that doesn't require starting over? At this point I'd rather have no sound at all than have to start over. Thanks for your help.

Using the free version 3.03 on a Mac and trying to click and drag video clips from iMovie HD into VideoPad. When I do this, the clips immediately show up on the "Audio" tab screen - none show up on the "Video" tab screen. I took a class in "Intro to VideoPad" and this same thing happened to me in the middle of class. Eventually, the instructor just gave me another laptop to use and that worked fine. Any suggestions?
