How do I get the metronome feature to synchronise during play back with the music that I composed?
-
Hi -- I'm new on this software and in recordings. I tried to do basic acapella voice recording with metronome, and it went well, aside from the metronome sound was also included in playback. What I want to happen is that, I can hear the metronome in my headphone (for tempo guide), but should not be included in capture recording. Thanks a lot! Julian

The BPM setting in Preferences has no effect on the metronome rate in MixPad 3.98 iOS on iPad 2. Am I missing some step in applying the setting to the current project? It seems to be running at a rate of about 120 bpm in 4/4 time. Is it that this is the free version and the controls have no effect until upgraded? I cannot find any feature comparison between the free and paid versions to identify the differences; that would be helpful.

I'm mixing a track and have somehow managed to turn on a metronome beat in the background. How do I remove this from the track? Any help would be appreciated - thank you!

OK... Using a Roland Stage Piano, I recorded a short clip with the metronome sounding to help. Now, the metronome sounds all through Playback. I cannot get rid of it, as the metronome toggle button has no effect after a recording. The whole program right now, is therefore USELESS to me ! I bought it yesterday. Anyone else experienced this problem? Any advice? Cheers.

I am brand new to this program, though it looks promising. I am using an Alesis Multimix8 as an audio interface. I want to record with a "click track", which I'm guessing I can do with the metronome. However, even though you can change the time signature, there is in emphasis on the main beat. And the grid lines don't match up. They DO seem to go along with the 4 4 time, nothing changes when I go into 3 4. I would like to be able to use the grid lines to match up clips for editing. It does not seem that I can do that with Mixpad. Please someone tell me I am wrong...
