jasonsuthers Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Im using sipgate VOIP lines coming into AXON and then sent to three extensions which are Express Talk software phones, then if not answerd the call is transfered to IVM I seem to be having audio problems. 1 When a call comes in via a voip line we can hear the caller but they cannot here us 2 If the call is sent to IVM it answers the call and you can see the message is being played but cannot hear any audio If i call ivm directly from express talk everything works perfectly Is sipgate the problem Thanks in advance Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
pythonpoole Posted September 12, 2008 Share Posted September 12, 2008 Be sure to firstly run the built-in network set-up wizard in both Express Talk and IVM.
