Getting IVM to use 2nd OGM for a specific guest caller

I'm trying to get Voice Attendant to play a specific OGM when a specific guest calls in.

 

So this guest will call in, when he hears the default OGM he should be able to key in his

unique remote code, and then the outgoing message I specifically recored for his mail box

should play.

 

I've recorded a specific OGM for his mailbox, but can't find a way to make it so he will hear this message when he keys in his remote code.

 

I'm sure it's a simple option I'm missing. Any ideas what it is:-)

I'm not able to run IVM right now, but essentially it comes down to this.

 

In the OGM Properties window, there are options to direct the call to another OGM (or to do a certain action like access a mailbox) based on the value of variables such as the Caller ID. You can set the OGM to send calls that match the guest Caller ID to go to a certain OGM, while sending all other calls to another OGM.
