Wavepad, VOX and batch processing.

I have a medical transcription company in the US and I am looking for a piece of software that does batch processing and I am wondering if your Wavepad master version will do this. Here is what I need it to do. I have numerous wav files that come across with physicians dictation that need to be transcribed. Some of these physicians will take long unnecessary pauses which wastes a lot of the transcriptionists valuable time. I would like a piece of software that I can trim these pauses out of the recordings (almost like an after-the-fact VOX) in batches of multiple files at once. I am not sure if your software can do this. Basically I want to take batches of 15-20 wave files and run a utility that quickly filters out the dead spots and resaves cleaned up files. Then the trimmed files can be transcribed with the dead spots gone. Does this sound within the realm of what your software is capable of?
