Marion Hinton Posted August 14, 2008 Posted August 14, 2008 I am a new user of IMS and wishing to start using this on my PBX but I am having trouble with the volume. I have set the volume to 12db, but the on hold is barely audible on the PBX. What can I do, my PBX vendor said that it is not his problem, since the other system works fine? Thanks, Marion
