golfmax13
I've downloaded the Free version of Switch yesterday. I converted a few songs down to assorted bitrate speeds but when I try to play them in my Default player, which happens to be Rhapsody, they won't play. I hate Rhapsody by the way but that's another story. The converted files will play in the Switch Program and also Windows Media Player - which leads me to believe it's a Rhapsody problem. But the only thing worse than their Products is their Support for their products - so I was hoping maybe you guys could tell me what's going on instead of me trying to talk with them. Any ideas would be much appreciated. Joe
Guest MichaelJee
Hi, We have had a few reports of this now. Clearly its not our product, but the player. Its been a little hard to test with Rhapsody, as the service isn't available in AU yet. Stay tuned.
